11  The Committee on Health and Human Services Appropriations
12  (Peaden) recommended the following substitute for amendment

15         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 
16         On page 2, lines 13-18, delete those lines
17  
18  and insert:  
19         Section 2.  For the purpose of conducting the study
20  provided in section 1 of this act:
21         (1)  For the 2007-2008 fiscal year, $25,000 in
22  nonrecurring funds from the Insurance Regulatory Trust Fund in
23  the Office of Insurance Regulation is appropriated for
24  transfer to the Administrative Trust Fund in the Agency for
25  Health Care Administration.
26         (2)  For the 2007-2008 fiscal year, $25,000 in
27  nonrecurring funds from the Administrative Trust Fund is
28  appropriated to the Agency for Health Care Administration.
