11  Senator Argenziano moved the following amendment:

13         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 
14         On page 37, between lines 2 and 3,
15  
16  insert:  
17         Section 8.  Subsection (9) of section 947.005, Florida
18  Statutes, is amended to read:
19         947.005  Definitions.--As used in this chapter, unless
20  the context clearly indicates otherwise:
21         (9)  "Qualified practitioner" means a psychiatrist
22  licensed under chapter 458 or chapter 459, a psychologist
23  licensed under chapter 490, or a social worker, a mental
24  health counselor, or a marriage and family therapist licensed
25  under chapter 491 who practices in accordance with his or her
26  respective practice act, as determined by rule of the
27  respective boards, has the coursework, training,
28  qualifications, and experience to evaluate and treat sex
29  offenders.
30         Section 9.  Subsection (6) of section 948.001, Florida
31  Statutes, is amended to read:

 1         948.001  Definitions.--As used in this chapter, the

 3         (6)  "Qualified practitioner" means a psychiatrist
