  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to the Town of Belleair Shore,

  3         Pinellas County; amending chapter 67-1107, Laws

  4         of Florida; authorizing the Town Commission of

  5         the Town of Belleair Shore to hold regular and

  6         special meetings outside the jurisdictional

  7         limits of the town as prescribed by ordinance,

  8         resolution, or interlocal agreement; providing

  9         an effective date.

11  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

13         Section 1.  Subsection (d) is added to section 4 of

14  chapter 67-1107, Laws of Florida, to read:

15         Section 4.  Form of Government.

16         (d)  The Town Commission may hold regular and special

17  meetings outside the jurisdictional limits of the Town at such

18  time and place as may be prescribed by ordinance, resolution,

19  or interlocal agreement.

20         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

21  law.
