14         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 
15         On page 4, line 13, after the period

17  insert:  Operating revenues that are made available through
18  the payment of property and casualty insurance premiums from
19  revenues generated under this subsection or subsection (2) may
20  be expended only for nonrecurring operational expenditures of
21  the school district.
