12 following substitute for amendment (674846):

14 Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
15 On page 1, lines 14-19, delete those lines
16
17 and insert:
18 (4) A hospital may charge a fee for a service provided
19 to an uninsured patient having a net household income of less
20 than $125,000 which is no higher than the highest fee the
21 hospital has agreed to accept as a payment from an insurer or
22 health maintenance organization for the same service.
