15 On page 3, between lines 7 and 8,

18 (10) As used in this section, the term "marine
19 insurance" means both "marine insurance" and "wet marine and
20 transportation insurance" as those terms are defined in s.
21 624.607.
22 (11) The provisions of this section apply to marine
23 insurance notwithstanding s. 627.021.
