14 On page 19, between lines 2 and 3,

17 Section 13. Section 655.967, Florida Statutes, is
18 created to read:
19 655.967 State-funded endowments.--Notwithstanding any
20 other provision of law, state-funded endowments shall be
21 maintained in trust accounts in national or state-chartered
22 banks situated in this state.
