19         409.91211  Medicaid managed care pilot program.--
20         (10)  Subsections (8) and (9) do not apply to managed
21  care plans offering benefits exclusively to high-risk,
22  specialty populations or to provider service networks under
23  this section which choose to be paid the full risk-adjusted
24  capitated rates or fee-for-service. The agency shall may set
25  risk-adjusted rates immediately for such plans.
