12 (Saunders) recommended the following substitute for amendment
13 to amendment (821526):

15 Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
16 On page 4, between lines 15 and 16,

18 insert:
19 Section 2. For the purposes of payment to otherwise
20 noncontracted hospital providers for services rendered to
21 persons who are eligible for Medicaid in the reform pilot
22 areas and enrolled in a managed care organization under
23 chapter 409 or chapter 641, Florida Statutes, the managed care
24 organization shall reimburse such providers at a rate that is
25 equivalent to the amount the Agency for Health Care
26 Administration would pay on a fee-for-service basis.
