15         On page 1, lines 25 through 30, delete those lines

17  and insert:  the medically necessary care and treatment of all
18  diagnostic categories of mental health conditions listed in
19  the most recent edition of the Diagnostic and Statistical
20  Manual of Mental Disorders, published by the American
21  Psychiatric Association, and as listed in the mental and
22  behavioral disorders section of the current International
23  Classification of Diseases, including but not limited to,
24  schizophrenia,
