13         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 
14         On page 22, between lines 11 and 12,
15  
16  insert:  
17         Section 6.  From the funds appropriated to the My Safe
18  Florida Home Program by section 42 of Chapter 2006-12, Laws of
19  Florida, the Department of Financial Services shall transfer
20  $1 million from the Insurance Regulatory Trust Fund to the
21  Energy Consumption Trust Fund within the Department of
22  Community Affairs for the purpose of funding the Low-income
23  Emergency Home Repair Program under s. 420.36, Florida
24  Statutes. Notwithstanding section 420.36(3)(b), Florida
25  Statutes, administrative expenses of the program may not
26  exceed 5 percent of the total funds appropriated by this
27  section.
