11  Senator Bennett moved the following amendment:

13         Senate Amendment 
14         On page 31, lines 16-25, delete those lines
15  
16  and insert:  
17         c.  Creditors of the Residential Property and Casualty
18  Joint Underwriting Association and of the accounts referenced
19  in sub-sub-subparagraph a.(1) and (II) may shall have a claim
20  against, and recourse to, the accounts referred to in
21  sub-sub-subparagraphs a.(I) and (II) and shall have no claim
22  against, or recourse to, the account referred to in
23  sub-sub-subparagraph a.(III). Creditors of the Florida
24  Windstorm Underwriting Association shall have a claim against,
25  and recourse to, the account referred to in
26  sub-sub-subparagraph a.(III) and shall have no claim against,
27  or recourse to, the accounts referred to in
28  sub-sub-subparagraphs a.(I) and (II).
