14 Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
15 On page 3, lines 21 through 23, delete those lines

17 and insert: 2. An agency, as defined in s. 119.011, must
18 keep information relating to the employee's leave under this
19 section confidential and exempt from disclosure to the extent
20 authorized by subsection (7).
