14         Senate Amendment 
15         On page 2, lines 26-30, delete those lines

17  and insert:  
18         3.  Have been previously employed as a trainer of core
19  education requirements for the department; or
20         4.  Meets other qualification criteria as defined in
21  rule, which the department is authorized to adopt.
