  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to Florida Gulf Coast

  3         University; authorizing the university to award

  4         a degree in long-term care administration;

  5         providing an effective date.

  7  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  8  

  9         Section 1.  Florida Gulf Coast University is authorized

10  to award a bachelor of science degree in long-term care

11  administration.

12         Section 2.  This act shall take effect July 1, 2007.
