15         On page 1, lines 15-23, delete those lines

17  and insert:  
18         (7)  This section does not prohibit a private person
19  exercising lawful control over privately owned property,
20  including property held open to the public for the purposes of
21  a commercial enterprise, from excluding from such property
22  persons seeking to engage in activity supporting or opposing
23  initiative amendments.
