17 Section 57. Paragraph (c) of subsection (4) of section
18 348.0003, Florida Statutes, is amended to read:

20 (c) Members of an authority shall be required to
21 comply with the applicable financial disclosure requirements
22 of s. 8, Art. II of the State Constitution ss. 112.3145,
23 112.3148, and 112.3149.
