11  The Committee on Governmental Operations (Lawson) recommended
12  the following amendment:

14         Senate Amendment 
15         On page 9, line 7, after the period,
16  
17  insert:  The Legislature determines, however, that public
18  policy dictates that the corporation operate in the most open
19  and accessible manner consistent with its public purpose.
20  Therefore, the Legislature specifically declares that the
21  corporation is subject to chapter 119 relating to public
22  records, chapter 286 relating to public meetings and records,
23  and chapter 287 relating to procurement of commodities or
24  contractual services.
