15         On page 12, lines 19-24, delete those lines
16  
17  and insert:  general revenue funds and $28,362 in nonrecurring
18  tobacco settlement funds is appropriated to the Ounce of
19  Prevention Fund of Florida, Inc., during the 2007-2008 fiscal
20  year as a 3-year grant for the purpose of implementing the
21  provisions of this act, which includes contracting for the
22  development of a business plan and for the evaluation, fiscal
23  management, and oversight of the pilot program.
