11  The Committee on General Government Appropriations (Lawson)
12  recommended the following amendment:
13  
14         Senate Amendment 
15         On page 36, lines 1 through 27, delete those lines
16  
17  and insert:  associated salary rate of 732,000 are authorized
18  to the Agency for Enterprise Information Technology to carry
19  out the duties as provided in this act.
20         Section 29.  For the 2007-2008 fiscal year, the sum of
21  $581,751 in recurring funds is appropriated from the General
22  Revenue Fund and five full-time equivalent positions with an
23  associated salary rate of 342,577 are authorized to the Agency
24  for Enterprise Information Technology to carry out the duties
25  of information security as provided in this act.
26         Section 30.  The unexpended balance of funds provided
27  in Specific Appropriation 2243A of chapter 2006-25, Laws of
28  Florida, shall revert July 1, 2007, and is appropriated for
29  the 2007-2008 fiscal year for any efforts to consolidate data
30  center operations at the Technology Resource Center which are
31  cost-effective or for the purpose of offsetting any temporary

 1  revenue shortfalls of the Technology Resource Center during
 2  the transition to a full cost-recovery plan.
 3         Section 31.  For the 2007-2008 fiscal year, the sum of
 4  $350,000 from nonrecurring funds is appropriated from the
 5  General Revenue Fund to the Agency for Enterprise Information
 6  Technology to contract for a feasibility study for a customer
 7  relationship management system that defines and establishes
 8  all state agency requirements for receiving, managing,
 9  responding to, tracking, and reporting on telephone, e-mail,
10  personnel, and other communications received from the public.
11         Section 32.  For the 2007-2008 fiscal year, the sum of
12  $300,000 from nonrecurring funds is appropriated from the
