11  The Committee on Environmental Preservation and Conservation
12  (Rich) recommended the following amendment:

14         Senate Amendment 
15         On page 9, line 27, through page 10, line 6 after the
16  word "license"

18  insert:
19  license and a restricted species endorsement issued under
20  pursuant to s. 370.06 and a blue crab endorsement issued under
21  this section. Each trap shall have the harvester's blue crab
22  endorsement number permanently affixed to it.  Each buoy
23  attached to such a trap shall also have the blue crab
24  endorsement number permanently attached to the buoy. and the
25  trap has a current state number permanently attached to the
26  buoy. The blue crab endorsement trap number shall be affixed
27  in legible figures at least 21 inches inch high on each buoy
28  used. The saltwater products license must be on board the
29  boat, and both the license and the crabs shall be subject to
30  inspection at all times. Only one trap number may be issued
31  for each boat by the commission upon receipt of an application

 1  on forms prescribed by it. This subsection shall not apply to
 2  an individual fishing with no more than five traps.
