12 following amendment:

14 Senate Amendment (with directory and title amendments)
15 On page 9, between lines 11 and 12,

17 insert:
18 (18) FEE INCREASES.--Beginning July 1, 2012, the
19 commission may increase the fees of all recreational licenses
20 and permits provided under this section by rule based on the
21 change in the Consumer Price Index published by the United
22 States Department of Labor, and every 5 years thereafter.
