15 On page 1, following line 31,

17 insert:
18 Section 1. Present subsections (5) through (18) of
19 section 372.001, Florida Statutes, are renumbered as
20 subsections (6) through (19), respectively, and a new
21 subsection (5) is added to that section to read:
22 372.001 Definitions.--In construing these statutes,
23 when applied to saltwater and freshwater fish, shellfish,
24 crustacea, sponges, wild birds, and wild animals, where the
25 context permits, the word, phrase, or term:
26 (5) "Exotic mammal" means a mammal not indigenous to
27 this state.
