14         Senate Amendment 
15         On page 23, lines 25 through 31, delete those line
16  
17  and insert:  applicable period, unless the parent is a
18  resident of another state, in which case that state's minimum
19  wage shall apply. In the absence of a state minimum wage, the
20  federal minimum wage as determined by the United States
21  Department of Labor shall apply.
