12 (Storms) recommended the following amendment:

14 Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
15 On page 61, lines 3-16, delete those lines
16
17 and insert:
18 Section 22. Subsection (3) of section 63.122, Florida
19 Statutes, is amended to read:
20 63.122 Notice of hearing on petition.--
21 (3) Upon a showing by the petitioner or parent that
22 the privacy, safety, or and welfare of the petitioner, parent,
23 or minor may be endangered, the court may order the names of
24 the petitioner, parent, or minor, or all both, to be deleted
25 from the notice of hearing and from the copy of the petition
26 attached thereto, provided the substantive rights of any
27 person will not thereby be affected.
