15 On page 45, between lines 28 and 29,

17 insert:
18 Section 22. Section 376.30715, Florida Statutes, is
19 amended to read:
20 376.30715 Innocent victim petroleum storage system
21 restoration.--A contaminated site acquired by the current
22 property owner prior to July 1, 1990, which has ceased
23 operating as a petroleum storage or retail business prior to
24 January 1, 1985, is eligible for financial assistance pursuant
25 to s. 376.305(6), notwithstanding s. 376.305(6)(a). For the
26 purposes of this section, "acquired" means the acquisition of
27 the title to the property, however, a subsequent transfer of
28 the property to a spouse, a surviving spouse in trust or free
29 of trust or to a revocable trust created for the benefit of
30 the settlor, shall not disqualify the site from financial
31 assistance pursuant to s. 376.305(6). Eligible sites shall be
