  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to highway designations;

  3         designating a bridge in the City of North Miami

  4         as the "Rick Ricciardelli Bridge"; directing

  5         the Department of Transportation to erect

  6         suitable markers; providing an effective date.

  8  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  9  

10         Section 1.  Rick Ricciardelli Bridge designated;

11  Department of Transportation to erect suitable markers.--

12         (1)  The bridge across Memorial Canal on NE 125th

13  Street near Griffing Boulevard in the City of North Miami is

14  designated as the "Rick Ricciardelli Bridge."

15         (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to

16  erect suitable markers designating the Rick Ricciardelli

17  Bridge as described in subsection (1).

18         Section 2.  This act shall take effect July 1, 2007.

21                          SENATE SUMMARY
