17 Section 12. Section 655.967, Florida Statutes, is
18 created to read:
19 655.967 State-funded endowments.--Notwithstanding any
20 other provision of law, state-mandated endowments funded
21 through a general appropriations act may be maintained in
22 trust accounts in financial institutions.
