11 The Committee on Health Regulation (Peaden) recommended the
12 following amendment:

14 Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
15 On page 2, line 22, through
16 page 3, line 20, delete those lines,
17
18 and insert: pharmacist may supervise up to four registered
19 more than one but not more than three pharmacy technicians.
20 (2) Any person who wishes to work as a pharmacy
21 technician in this state must register by filing an
22 application with the board on a form adopted by rule of the
23 board. The board shall register each applicant who has
24 remitted a registration fee set by the board, not to exceed
25 $50 biennially; has completed the application form and
26 remitted a nonrefundable application fee set by the board, not
27 to exceed $50; and is at least 16 years of age.
