14 On page 4, line 28, through
15 page 5, line 2, delete those lines

17 and insert:
18 (5) "Claims bar date" means the date that is 120 days
19 after the date on which the petition is filed with the court.
20 (6) "Consensual lienholder" means a creditor that has
21 been granted a security interest or lien in personal property
22 or real property of the assignor prior to the date on which a
23 petition is filed with the court and whose security interest
24 or lien has been perfected in accordance with applicable law.
