11  The Committee on Health Regulation (Fasano) recommended the
12  following amendment:

14         Senate Amendment 
15         On page 2, lines 16 through 20, delete those lines
16  
17  and insert:  permit or a substantially equivalent or more
18  stringent authorization, permit, or license issued by another
19  state. For the purposes of this sub-subparagraph, a more
20  stringent authorization, permit, or license is an
21  authorization, permit, or license to distribute prescription
22  drugs subject to, defined by, or described by s. 503(b) of the
23  Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act to any person who is
24  authorized to sell, distribute, purchase, trade, or use those
25  drugs on or for humans.
