14 On page 5, lines 7-27, delete those lines

16 and insert:
17 (6) Each participating school district shall deliver
18 to the Governor, the President of the Senate, the Speaker of
19 the House of Representatives, and the Commissioner of
20 Education a report on the effects Green Schools have had on
21 student performance and health, operational costs, energy
22 consumption, and the environment in the district. This report
23 shall be submitted by July 1 of the year after a Green School
24 has been in full operation for 3 years.
