14         Senate Amendment 
15         On page 19, between lines 5 and 6,

17  insert:  (g) The public fund shall not take any action
18  required by subparagraph (b)1. if the trustees of the public
19  fund make an affirmative determination that such action would
20  constitute a breach of the trustees' fiduciary duties under
21  ss. 215.47 and 215.474, Florida Statutes, or part VII of
22  chapter 112, Florida Statutes.
