| 4 | Remove line(s) 28 and insert: |
| 5 | s. 125 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended. The |
| 6 | judicial circuit shall supervise the personnel whose employment |
| 7 | is funded under the agreement; be responsible for compliance |
| 8 | with all requirements of federal and state employment laws |
| 9 | including, but not limited to, Title VII of the Civil Rights Act |
| 10 | of 1964, Title I of the Americans with Disabilities Act, 42 |
| 11 | U.S.C. s 1983, the Family Medical Leave Act, the Fair Labor |
| 12 | Standards Act, and chapter 447, chapter 760, and ss. 112.3187, |
| 13 | 440.105, and 440.205, and shall fully indemnify the county from |
| 14 | any liability under said laws as authorized by s. 768.28(19) to |
| 15 | the extent such liability is a result of the acts or omissions |
| 16 | of the judicial circuit or its agents or employees. |
