14         On page 6, lines 12-20, delete those lines
15  
16  and insert:  inspector if the applicant is of good moral
17  character and has completed a course of study of no less than
18  120 hours that covers all of the following components of a
19  home, structure, electrical system, HVAC system, roof
20  covering, plumbing system, interior components, exterior
21  components, and site conditions that affect the structure.
