11  The Committee on Criminal Justice (Wise) recommended the
12  following amendment:

14         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 
15         On page 29, between lines 18 and 19,
16  
17  insert:  
18         Section 3.  For fiscal year 2007-08, two full-time
19  equivalent positions and $65,044 in associated salary rate are
20  authorized, and the sums of $100,371 in recurring funds and
21  $8,959 in nonrecurring funds from the Professional Regulation
22  Trust Fund of the Department of Business and Professional
23  Regulation are hereby appropriated for the purpose of carrying
24  out professional board activities related to this act. In
25  addition, for fiscal year 2007-08, one full-time equivalent
26  position and $25,479 in associated salary rate are authorized,
27  and the sums of $57,105 in recurring funds and $29,726 in
28  nonrecurring funds from the Administrative Trust Fund of the
29  Department of Business and Professional Regulation are hereby
30  appropriated for the purpose of carrying out the central
31  administrative functions provided in this act.
