14 On page 12, lines 7-13, delete those lines

16 and insert:
17 (6) INVESTMENT POLICY STATEMENT OBLIGATIONS.--The
18 public fund's actions taken in compliance with this act,
19 including all good faith determinations regarding companies as
20 required by this act, shall be adopted and incorporated into
21 the public fund's investment policy statement (the IPS) as set
22 forth in s. 215.475.
