| 7 | legal sufficiency is determined; providing an effective |
| 8 | date. |

| 10 | Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: |
| 11 |
|
| 12 | Section 1. Section 468.6215, Florida Statutes, is created |
| 13 | to read: |
| 14 | 468.6215 Availability of disciplinary records and |
| 15 | proceedings.--Notwithstanding s. 455.225(10), any complaint or |
| 16 | record maintained by the Department of Business and Professional |
| 17 | Regulation relating to the discipline of a building code |
| 18 | administrator, plans examiner, or building inspector licensed |
| 19 | under this part and any proceeding held by the department to |
| 20 | discipline a licensed building code administrator, plans |
| 21 | examiner, or building inspector shall be open and available to |
| 22 | the public beginning 30 days after the date that legal |
| 23 | sufficiency is determined. |
| 24 | Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 2007. |
