14 On page 11, lines 17-30, delete those lines

16 and insert:
17 (b) Was counted as a full-time equivalent student at
18 any time during the previous state fiscal year in a Department
19 of Juvenile Justice education program under s. 1003.52 for
20 purposes of state per-student funding;
21 (c)(b) Received a scholarship from an eligible
22 nonprofit scholarship-funding organization or from the State
23 of Florida during the previous school year; or
24 (d)(c) Is eligible to enter kindergarten or first
25 grade; or
26 (e) Is currently placed, or during the previous state
27 fiscal year was placed, in foster care as defined in s. 39.01.

29 Contingent upon available funds, a student may continue in the
30 scholarship program as long as the student's family income
31 level does not exceed 200 percent of the federal poverty

1 level. Family income for purposes of a student who is
2 currently in foster care as defined in s. 39.01 shall consist
3 only of the income that may be considered in determining
4 whether he or she qualifies for free or reduced-price school
5 lunches under the National School Lunch Act. A sibling of a
6 student who is continuing in the program and resides in the
7 same household as the student shall also be eligible as a
8 first-time corporate income tax credit scholarship recipient
9 as long as the student's and sibling's family income level
10 does not exceed 200 percent of the federal poverty level.
