15         Senate Amendment 
16         On page 9, lines 10 and 11, delete those lines
17  
18  insert:  
19         (f)  Members of the board shall serve without
20  compensation, but members, the president of the board, and
21  other board employees may be reimbursed for all reasonable,
22  necessary, and actual expenses as determined and approved by
23  the board pursuant to s. 112.061.
24         (4)  The affairs of the institute shall be managed by a
25  board of directors. Each
