15         On page 2, between lines 20 and 21,

17  insert:   (e) Any proprietary information held pertaining to
18  investment or planned investment in a company by the SURE
19  Venture Capital Fund or received by the Institute for the
20  Commercialization of Public Research as a result of its
21  solicitation of investment into a company, including
22  information such as company capital structure, key customers,
23  strategic partners or relationships, financial statements and
24  employee lists, but excepting information publicly disclosed
25  by any such company.
