11  The Committee on Finance and Tax (Geller) recommended the
12  following amendment:
13  
14         Senate Amendment (with directory amendment) 
15         On page 4, line 27-30, delete those lines
16  
17  and insert:  retailer within 90 days after receipt of the
18  application. A person meets all qualifications of licensure
19  under this section if the person has been licensed under
20  chapter 550 and meets the definition of a video lottery
21  retailer under s. 24.103(11).
22         (27)  Contract with an independent testing laboratory
23  to scientifically test and technically evaluate video lottery
24  games, video lottery terminals, and video lottery operating
25  systems for compliance with this chapter. The independent
26  testing laboratory must have a national reputation as
27  demonstrably competent and qualified to scientifically test
28  and evaluate all components of a video lottery gaming system
29  and to otherwise perform the all functions assigned to it
30  under this chapter. The laboratory may not be owned or
31  controlled by a video lottery terminal vendor or video lottery
