17         (c)  This subsection does not apply if it is determined
18  that the dishonored check, draft, order, or electronic funds
19  transfer was refused due to an unintentional error committed
20  by the drawee, maker, drawer, sender, instructor, orderer,
21  initiator, or holder, and the unintentional error is
22  substantiated.
