12 following amendment to amendment (095400):

14 Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
15 On page 5, between lines 9 and 10,

17 insert:
18 Section 3. Paragraph (e) of subsection (1) of section
19 1005.32, Florida Statutes, is amended to read:
20 1005.32 Licensure by means of accreditation.--
21 (1) An independent postsecondary educational
22 institution that meets the following criteria may apply for a
23 license by means of accreditation from the commission:
24 (e) The institution is a Florida corporation or is
25 regionally accredited by the same accrediting agency that
26 accredits public universities in this state.
