  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to building designations;

  3         designating the Department of Education office

  4         at 921 N. Davis Street in Jacksonville as the

  5         "Mary L. Singleton Education Office"; directing

  6         the Department of Education to erect suitable

  7         markers; providing an effective date.

  9  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

10  

11         Section 1.  Mary L. Singleton Education Office

12  designated; Department of Education to erect suitable

13  markers.--

14         (1)  The Department of Education office at 921 N. Davis

15  Street in Jacksonville is designated as the "Mary L. Singleton

16  Education Office."

17         (2)  The Department of Education is directed to erect

18  suitable markers designating the Mary L. Singleton Education

19  Office as described in subsection (1).

20         Section 2.  This act shall take effect July 1, 2007.
