  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to trauma centers; expressing

  3         the legislative intent to enact laws providing

  4         diversion programs for trauma centers;

  5         providing an effective date.

  7  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  8  

  9         Section 1.  The Legislature intends to enact laws to

10  provide for the diversion of patients who have immediate

11  medical problems from trauma centers while providing necessary

12  care.

13         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

14  law.
