13 Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
14 On page 9, between lines 8 and 9,

16 insert:
17 Section 11. Paragraph (e) is added to subsection (1)
18 of section 626.916, Florida Statutes, to read:
19 626.916 Eligibility for export.--
20 (1) No insurance coverage shall be eligible for export
21 unless it meets all of the following conditions:
22 (e) For personal residential property risks, the
23 retail or producing agent must advise the insured in writing
24 that coverage may be available from Citizens Property
25 Insurance Corporation. A retail or producing agent who is also
26 an agent of Citizens Property Insurance Corporation must
27 provide a rate quote from the corporation to any customer who
28 is eligible for coverage through the corporation.

9 eligible for coverage through Citizens Property
10 Insurance Corporation with a premium rate quote from
11 the corporation;
