1 A bill to be entitled
2 An act relating to road designations;
3 designating Ed Holt Boulevard, Moses Baker
4 Boulevard, C. D. Kinsey Street, Lawrence
5 Callahan Highway, Bernard Wilkes Highway, Sarah
6 Hayes Rice Road, and the Home of James Weldon
7 Johnson in Duval County; directing the
8 Department of Transportation to erect suitable
9 markers; providing an effective date.

11 Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:
12
13 Section 1. Ed Holt Boulevard designated; Department of
14 Transportation to erect suitable markers.--
15 (1) That portion of Martin Luther King Boulevard
16 between Phoenix Avenue and Boulevard Street in Duval County is
17 designated as "Ed Holt Boulevard."
18 (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to
19 erect suitable markers designating Ed Holt Boulevard as
20 described in subsection (1).
21 Section 2. Moses Baker Boulevard designated;
22 Department of Transportation to erect suitable markers.--
23 (1) That portion of Martin Luther King Boulevard
24 between North Myrtle Avenue and Fairfax Street in Duval County
25 is designated as "Moses Baker Boulevard."
26 (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to
27 erect suitable markers designating Moses Baker Boulevard as
28 described in subsection (1).
29 Section 3. C. D. Kinsey Street designated; Department
30 of Transportation to erect suitable markers.--

1 (1) That portion of Beaver Street between Stockton
2 Street and Edgewood Avenue in Duval County is designated as
3 "C. D. Kinsey Street."
4 (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to
5 erect suitable markers designating C. D. Kinsey Street as
6 described in subsection (1).
7 Section 4. Lawrence Callahan Highway designated;
8 Department of Transportation to erect suitable markers.--
9 (1) That portion of U.S. Highway 1 between Red Poll
10 Road and Soutel Drive in Duval County is designated as
11 "Lawrence Callahan Highway."
12 (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to
13 erect suitable markers designating Lawrence Callahan Highway
14 as described in subsection (1).
15 Section 5. Bernard Wilkes Highway designated;
16 Department of Transportation to erect suitable markers.--
17 (1) That portion of U.S. Highway 1 between Richardson
18 Road and Soutel Drive in Duval County is designated as
19 "Bernard Wilkes Highway."
20 (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to
21 erect suitable markers designating Bernard Wilkes Highway as
22 described in subsection (1).
23 Section 6. Sarah Hayes Rice Road designated;
24 Department of Transportation to erect suitable markers.--
25 (1) That portion of Lem Turner Road between Rowe
26 Avenue and I-95 is designated as "Sarah Hayes Rice Road."
27 (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to
28 erect suitable markers designating Sarah Hayes Rice Road as
29 described in subsection (1).
30 Section 7. Home of James Weldon Johnson designated;
31 Department of Transportation to erect suitable markers.--

1 (1) That portion of I-95 Southbound Between Dunn
2 Avenue and Kings Road and I-10 West between Lane Avenue and
3 Stockton Street is designated as the "Home of James Weldon
4 Johnson."
5 (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to
6 erect suitable markers designating the Home of James Weldon
7 Johnson as described in subsection (1).
8 Section 8. This act shall take effect July 1, 2007.
