14 On page 3, between lines 15 and 16,

17 Section 6. Notwithstanding the provisions of s.
18 1001.42(4)(f), Florida Statutes, an exemption is provided for
19 the 2007-2008 school year for school districts that had an
20 extended school year in existence during the 2005-2006 and
21 2006-2007 school years for schools identified in need of
22 improvement.

9 Education to review and revise the Sunshine
10 State Standards regarding physical education;
11 requiring public schools to have an automated
12 external defibrillator on school grounds;
13 encouraging public and private partnerships to
14 furnish the defibrillators; providing an
15 exemption for certain schools from the uniform
16 dates of operation; providing an effective
17 date.
