4     On page 5, line 15 through page 6, line 25,
5remove: all of said lines

7and insert:
8     372.88  Bond required, amount.--No person, party, firm, or
9corporation shall exhibit to the public either with or without
10charge, or admission fee any poisonous or venomous reptile
11without having first posted a good and sufficient bond in
12writing in the penal sum of $10,000 $1,000 payable to the
13commission Governor of the state, and the Governor's successors
14in office, conditioned that such exhibitor will indemnify and
15save harmless all persons from injury or damage from such
16poisonous or venomous reptiles so exhibited and shall fully
17comply with all laws of the state and all rules and regulations
18of the Fish and Wildlife Conservation commission governing the
19capturing, keeping, possessing, or exhibiting of poisonous or
20venomous reptiles; provided, however, that the aggregate
21liability of the surety for all such injuries or damages shall,
22in no event, exceed the penal sum of the said bond. The surety
23for the said bond must be a surety company authorized to do
24business under the laws of the state or in lieu of such a
25surety, cash in the sum of $10,000 $1,000 may be posted with the
26said commission to ensure compliance with the conditions of the
27said bond.
