9 | corporation shall exhibit to the public either with or without |
10 | charge, or admission fee any poisonous or venomous reptile |
11 | without having first posted a good and sufficient bond in |
12 | writing in the penal sum of $10,000 $1,000 payable to the |
13 | commission Governor of the state, and the Governor's successors |
14 | in office, conditioned that such exhibitor will indemnify and |
15 | save harmless all persons from injury or damage from such |
16 | poisonous or venomous reptiles so exhibited and shall fully |
17 | comply with all laws of the state and all rules and regulations |
18 | of the Fish and Wildlife Conservation commission governing the |
19 | capturing, keeping, possessing, or exhibiting of poisonous or |
20 | venomous reptiles; provided, however, that the aggregate |
21 | liability of the surety for all such injuries or damages shall, |
22 | in no event, exceed the penal sum of the said bond. The surety |
23 | for the said bond must be a surety company authorized to do |
24 | business under the laws of the state or in lieu of such a |
25 | surety, cash in the sum of $10,000 $1,000 may be posted with the |
26 | said commission to ensure compliance with the conditions of the |
27 | said bond. |
